RE-TEXTURED FESTIVAL
RE-TEXTURED IS A MULTI-SENSORY FESTIVAL IN THE UK. THE FESTIVAL COMBINES EXPERIMENTAL ELECTRONIC MUSIC.
For Re-textured Festival I developed the following interface in order to monitor the system of serving drinks in a dark festival hall in a convenient way.
Audience
Bartenders and bar owners inside a large music festival complex.

Serving a drink
The research I have conducted includes event complexes, robots, sound, lighting, controllers etc. One of my conclusions that there is a fundamental need for proper planning of scenarios for serving a drink from the supplier to the customer.

Why?
The main goal is to make it easier for the seller to track orders in real time at a large scale music event and at the same time take immediate actions.
Challenge
The interface layout should be convenient and immediate for the beverage seller while the place is dark, big and crowded so that he can follow the robot's route in real time as well as to make immediate actions such as changing the route, changing the parameters of the robot and receiving important notifications.

Problem Statement
Through the research I drew conclusions about situations during the orders such as disturbing situations within the robot's travel route, changing customer orders, and updating the robot's parameter data while traveling.
How it helps the user?
The notifications are prioritized according to the importance of the topic. For example, when the goal of the robot is to reach the customer, the remote control mode takes priority on the screen and the status between automatic and manual mode changes. The seller takes command of the robot until the order arrives.

Conclusions
There is high need for the user to perform immediate actions and to monitor the serving of the drinks. Therefore, All the elements for immediate actions, including real time order list, mapping and monitoring, are positioned in the main tab.
